OUR STORY

An Ethiopian-American story of

love and honey.

It all started with "I do" ... literally.

Ryan had spent years making beer and wine. When we fell in love, he also developed a love of Ethiopian culture and cuisine. For our wedding, he wanted to add a special touch to honor my cultural heritage and embarked on a journey of learning how to make Tej. His Tej was a love letter to me, and tasted incredible. Needless to say, the rest is history!

Family at the wedding quickly reached out asking him to make more for other weddings - and so out of our new marital journey was born a business idea.

We hope our Tej will bring you good times and accompany many of your fondest memories, just as it has ours.
